Passengers arriving from South Africa, Brazil and Zanzibar (Tanzania) are required to submit a negative PCR test, which is not older than 72 hours. They must also quarantine/self-isolate for 14 days. People can shorten their quarantine/self-isolation if, on the seventh day of self-isolation at the earliest, they submit a negative PCR test, taken at a facility authorized to perform PCR testing, at their own expense.
Proof of recovery and vaccination does not release passengers from the obligation to supply a negative PCR test and quarantine.

Negative test results are required for entry to Croatia regardless of whether a person has recovered from COVID-19 or has been vaccinated. People coming from countries for which quarantine is mandatory may shorten the duration of self-isolation if, by the seventh day of self-isolation, they obtain a negative PCR test at their own expense, at an institution authorized for testing.
