Dubrovnik-Neretva County
In Dubrovnik-Neretva County out of 124 tests, 33 were positive (27%) — 17 people from Metković, five from Opuzen, four from Ploče, three from Slivno and two each from Dubrovnik and Zažablje were infected. A total of 15 men and 18 women were infected. An epidemiological link has been established for 11 people.
Of the 32 people recovered, 16 are from Dubrovnik, five from Metković, two each from Korčula, Opuzen and Župa dubrovačka, one each from Blato, Konavle, Orebić and Ploče, and one who does not reside in the county. Fifty-four (54) people are being treated for COVID-19 in the Dubrovnik hospital. Five (5) patients require intensive care, one on oxygen, one on noninvasive ventilation, and four on invasive ventilation. Seven hundred forty-nine (749) people are in self-isolation, and in the last 24 hours, one violation was recorded
Istra County
In Istra County 61 people were already in self-isolation or in close contact with a positive person. For 8 people, epidemiologically, these are imported cases from: Rijeka (7), Zagreb (1). Eighty-six (86) people recovered. There are 581 people in self-isolation.
Primorje-Gorski Kotar County
In Primorje-Gorski Kotar County out of 194 tests, 53 are positive (27%). One hundred eighty-six (186) people recovered. According to the KBC Directorate Office, the number of hospitalized patients from 3 counties – Lika-Senj, Istria and PGC – who are being treated for COVID-19 disease is 9 people higher than yesterday and is now 126 people. Of that number, there are a total of 18 people on ventilators, which is 6 more than yesterday.
Split-Dalmatia County
In Split-Dalmatia County out of a total of 327 processed tests, there are 147 confirmed COVID-19 cases (45%) — from Split 98, Imotski 1, Kaštela 14, Omiš 4, Sinj 2 , Solin 6, Trilj 1, Trogir 2, Dugi Rat 2, Dugopolje 3, Hrvace 1, Klisa 2, Lovreć 1, Podgora 1, Podstrana 4, Postira 1, Seget 2 and Šestanovac 1 person.
Out of the total number of new cases, 86 people are contacts of previously infected people. There are 165 people hospitalized at the Split Clinical Hospital, while 18 people are on ventilators. A total of 2144 people are in self-isolation.
Zadar County
In Zadar County there are new COVID-19 cases in the following cities and towns — Zadar (44), Benkovac (5), Biograd (8), Obrovac (6) and Pag (1) and the municipality Bibinje (1), Jasenice (2), Kali (4), Kukljica (1), Lišane Ostrovičke (1), Novigrad (1), Pašman (4), Polača (1), Poličnik 3), Posedarje (3), Povljana (1), Stankovci (1), Sukošan (3), Sv. Filip i Jakov (1) and Škabrnja (1). Additional testing at the Home for the Elderly and the Infirm in Zadar confirmed that 8 more residents are positive for COVID-19.
In the Zadar General Hospital, 54 patients are hospitalized in COVID-19 wards, seven of whom are on ventilators, and 11 patients are accommodated at the Biograd na Moru Special Hospital for Orthopedics.
Zagreb City
In Zagreb City 642 COVID-19 tests were performed, of which 191 were positive (30%), while self-isolation measures were prescribed for 1125 people, said the Deputy Director of the Teaching Institute, Dr. Sandra Šikić at the press conference of the Civil Protection Headquarters in the hall of the City Administration. She also pointed out that another 616 fellow citizens had recovered.
Positive test results for 17 residents and four employees have been confirmed in homes for the elderly and infirm and other social institutions in Zagreb . A positive test result was confirmed in 12 students, three teachers and one assistant in primary school teaching, and 20 secondary school students.
The head of the City Health Office, Vjekoslav Jeleč, pointed out that 979 tests were taken at drive-in points. Four hundred eleven (411) health care employees are positive or in self-isolation, which has put further strain on the system. There are 29 people in quarantine in Zagreb.
Zagreb County
In Zagreb County there are new cases in the following towns and cities – 41 Samobor, 19 Sveta Nedelja, 10 Zaprešić, 10 Jastrebarsko, 26 Velika Gorica, 17 Ivanić-Grad, 7 Dugo Selo, 2 Vrbovec, 5 Sveti Ivan Zelina, municipalities – 3 Brdovec, 3 Bistra, 1 Jakovlje, 1 Dubravica, 5 Klinča Sela, 3 Pisarovina, 1 Krašić, 1 Kravarsko, 4 Kloštar Ivanić, 6 Križ, 3 Rugvica, 1 Bedenica. Self-isolation was prescribed for 12 classes of elementary school students and 1 class of high school students.

Voice of Entrepreneurs Hold Protest in Zagreb
At 12:00 CET on Monday, a protest of entrepreneurs and caterers began in the center of Zagreb. Most of the protesters wore masks and kept a proper distance. From Ban Jelačić Square, the procession headed towards the Ministry of Finance.
“I manage a catering facility, we can’t handle the costs. No one is helping us, we’re the last hole in the pipe. It won’t be like that anymore,” one protester told N1. He said he is not working now and cannot pay salaries. He is asking the government for help. After a 10-minute walk, the protesters arrived front of the Ministry of Finance. There, as announced, they lit lamps. One of the organizers said there were between 1,000 and 2,000 people in attendance.
Implementing Stricter Measures, Charges Issued
The implementation of stricter measures is being overseen by civil protection inspectors, the State Inspectorate and the police, since Saturday. Violations were recorded in 75 legal entities, 39 misdemeanors and one criminal charge were issued, Damir Trut, Director of Civil Protection revealed on HRT. He added that civil protection units performed 1,649 inspections in about twenty hours.
Prime Minister in self-isolation
After experiencing a mild fever, the wife of Prime Minister Plenković, Ana Maslać-Plenković, started tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, and her test was positive. The Prime Minister is negative. He was prescribed an epidemiological measure of self-isolation for 10 days. They will continue to perform their activities and responsibilities from home.
Fifteen COVID-19 Patients Arrive at the Arena
The head of the Arena Zagreb medical team, Davor Vagić, said on Saturday that 15 patients with a mild clinical outlook from three Zagreb hospitals would arrive at the Arena during the day. Patients will come from the Clinic for Infectious Diseases “Dr. Fran Mihaljević”, Clinical Hospital Dubrava and KB “Sestre Milosrdnice”. Dr. Vagic told Dnevnik HRT that these are patients who are nearing the end of their treatment and who still need three or four days to recover. The Arena has prepared 100 beds, with about 50 nurses and 18 doctors. “They all arrived at 8:00 CET and underwent training with the coordinators,” Vagic revealed. He also reported that today there will be three doctors on duty and 6 to 8 nurses who will work 12 hour shifts and after that the staff will switch.
Voice of Entrepreneurs: Now is Right Time for Reforms, Urgently Reduce VAT
“Stricter measures have prevented and banned many entrepreneurs from working, and after half a year of fighting the crisis, many of them simply do not have funds to continue doing business. We also warned that more than 100,000 workers would probably lose their jobs, and that many companies will trades close their doors,” they warned on Saturday.
“Yesterday we participated in a meeting of representatives of entrepreneurs with the Government where we presented proposals which we believe will enable entrepreneurs to survive in this difficult period. We emphasize that we are glad that the meeting was finally held, although we believe it should have been held much earlier,” read their statement.

Croatia National Headquarters New Safety Measures
Croatia has officially closed night clubs, night bars, discos, casinos, slot machine clubs and fitness centers. Restaurants and cafes are also closed. However, restaurants may offer delivery and pick-up. Stores and businesses allowed to remain open must adhere to the capacities prescribed by Civil Protection Headquarters. All events and gatherings with more than 25 people are prohibited, funerals included.

Drive In COVID-19 Testing at Split Ferry Terminal Beginning Monday, November 30
Drive in testing will be available at the Split ferry port at external berth of the cruise terminal – from 07:00 to 13:00 CET beginning Monday November 30.
Testing will be available exclusively to people who have ordered online. Two separate testing points are set up at the mentioned location. There is one for people who come by car and use the drive in service and the other point is for those who arrive as pedestrians. It is important to note that beginning November 30 there will be no testing at Križine. Appointments for testing can be arranged here.
Zagreb Offers Free Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Testing Beginning Monday, November 23
As of Monday, November 23, the City of Zagreb started mass antigen testing for COVID-19, the results of which will be obtained in 15 minutes. There are currently 50,000 tests available. New Testing Procedures at Dr. Andrija Stampar, Telephone Lines for People in Self-Isolation
The Institute of Public Health “Dr. Andrija Štampar” informs citizens that a new Call Center has been opened for people in self-isolation in order to improve the monitoring of persons who have been in contact with people with COVID-19, and the telephone numbers are:

The working hours of the call center are seven days a week from 8:00 to 20:00 CET.
The new working hours of Drive-in testing from Monday, November 16, 2020 are: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 CET; on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 CET and on Sundays from 08:00 to 12:00 CET. Separate COVID-19 Clinic Open in Rijeka
A separate COVID-19 health clinic started operating in the macro center of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Health Center in Zamet (Bože Vidasa 16a). A separate outpatient clinic is intended for the examination of COVID-19 positive patients or patients with symptoms that may indicate a COVID-19 infection. General/family medicine teams will be receiving patients in the basement of the building (specially marked entrance on the north side of the building) on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays from 08:00 to 20:00 CET. Patients are admitted to the outpatient clinic exclusively by prior telephone appointment at the following telephone numbers: 091 251 8544 or 091 251 8545.
Ministry of Interior Reminds Citizens and Residents to Visit Police Stations Only When Urgent
The Ministry of the Interior (MUP) reminded citizens and residents on November 10 to come to police administrations and stations only in case of an urgent need to urgently solve some of the administrative tasks in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection. They repeat that the validity of ID cards, passports and driver’s licenses and weapons certificates which expired after the proclamation of the COVID-19 epidemic on March 11 were extended for the entire duration of the epidemic, and at most 30 days after the proclamation of the end of the epidemic. The Ministry of the Interior also points out the possibility of submitting certain applications for administrative tasks via e-Services, which include submitting applications for passports, driver’s licenses, registration of residence, giving consent in certain administrative procedures, such as the landlord’s consent to registering residence.
Influenza Vaccinations Began in Mid October
