Dubrovnik-Neretva County
In Dubrovnik-Neretva County out of 246 tests, 49 were positive (20%). There are 21 people from Dubrovnik, six from Metković, five from Konavle (four of them from the Home for the Elderly), three from Blato, from Lastovo and from Vela Luka, two people from the Dubrovnik littoral, one person each from Ploče, Opuzen, Ston, Župa dubrovačka and Zažablje and one person who does not reside in the county. A total of 25 men and 24 women were infected, and an epidemiological link was established for 29 individuals.
Forty-three (43) people recovered: 14 from Dubrovnik, nine from Metković, five from Konavle, four from Opuzen and Župa dubrovačka, two from Blato and Ploče, one from the Dubrovnik littoral and two people who do not reside in the county. Fifty-three (53) people were hospitalized at OB Dubrovnik. Seven patients require intensive care, one patient is on oxygen, one is on non-invasive ventilation, and five is on invasive ventilation. There are 803 people in self-isolation.
Istra County
In Istra County out 497 tests, 81 were positive for COVID-19 (16%). Sixty-two (62) people were already in self-isolation measures or close contacts of an already known positive person. Primorje-Gorski Kotar County
In Primorje-Gorski Kotar County out of 1055 tested, 319 people were positive (30%). Two hundred nine (209) recovered. There are 113 patients at the Rijeka Clinical Hospital, and 12 people on ventilators.

Zadar County
In Zadar County out of 422 tests, 148 were positive (35%). Among the new cases, most are in Zadar – 79. In Sukosan, 11 people were infected, in Kali eight, five in Benkovac and Stankovci, four in Novigrad, Poličnik , Ražanac and Sv. Filip and Jakov, three each in Jasenice, Kolan and Zemunik Donji, two each in Bibinje, Kukljica and Vir, and one each in Biograd, Gračac, Lišani Ostrovički, Obrovac, Pag, Posedarje, Preko, Škabrnja and Vrsi. Two thousand six hundread thirty (2630) are in self-isolation.
Zagreb City
In Zagreb City out of 1248 people tested, there are 513 new confirmed cases (41%). Out of 1205 rapid antigen test applicants, 902 were tested, of which 295 were positive, or 32.7%. Employees of the Epidemiology Service successfully processed 843 cases of infected persons, with a measure of self-isolation imposed on 1,648 persons. Of all treated patients, the largest part – 40% are contacts of Covid-positive persons, 34% have a negative epidemiological history, and 10 people may have been exposed at work, eight during their stay in health care institutions, six during family gatherings and three people arrived from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Positive test results for 31 residents and six employees were confirmed in homes for the elderly and infirm and other social institutions in Zagreb. Positive test results were confirmed for 25 students, three primary school teachers, 33 students and two secondary school teachers. Self-isolation was determined for 528 primary school students and 667 secondary school students.

Zagreb Will Place Passenger Capacity Labels on Trams
Ljuba Romčević-Žgela, President of the Management Board of ZET, reported that the production of labels with the exact number of passengers which can be a vehicle is in progress. Stickers will be displayed on the first front doors of ZET vehicles, and on articulated buses, on both the first and rear doors.
“I ask all customers of public transport to protect themselves and others and not to get into vehicles when they see that there are a large number of passengers in the vehicle,” Romčević-Žgela emphasized.
Međimurje High Schools Begin Online Classes
“At a meeting with principals, we decided that classes in high schools will be held online from Monday, November 30 to December 14,” revealed Blaženka Novak, Head of the Administrative Department of Education on Friday. School Holidays Extended by One Week
The Christmas holidays begin on December 24, and were supposed to last until January 8. That is, the students were supposed to be in school on January 11. Bubaš Not Expect any Significant Improvements for Three Weeks

Zagreb Begins Testing Students
The City of Zagreb, in cooperation with the Teaching Institute for Public Health Dr. Andrija Štampar and the Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Medicine will conduct a preliminary study on the prevalence of COVID-19 among students and employees of primary and secondary schools in Zagreb, they reported on Thursday.
Testing with antigen tests will be conducted by employees of the Institute of Public Health Dr. Andrija Štampar from November 30 to December 4 in 15 schools in Zagreb. In each of the 15 schools, 8 primary and 7 secondary, 120 students will be tested, with the prior consent of parents, and 20 employees, by random selection.
The purpose of testing is to obtain information on the presence of the virus in Zagreb schools on a representative sample — the basis of which further epidemiological measures will be determined in the schools of Zagreb, the statement read.
Zagreb Arena Ready for COVID-19 Patients By Weekend
The Zagreb Arena is being prepared for COVID-19 patients, and they should begin arriving tomorrow or the weekend.
Davor Vagić, Coordinator for the COVID-center Arena Zagreb, announced the details on N1. He says they are waiting for permission to begin accommodating patients. “The Arena hospital is equipped. We have 100 beds, there will be patients who are nearing the end of treatment, who should be discharged,” he revealed.
“Staffing was a problem, but we have solved it. There will be 18 doctors here. As for nursing care, there will be 55 nurses here. Patients will be able to give all the necessary care. Anesthesiologist from Dubrava: We Have Never Had Such a High Mortality Rate
“I’ve been in this profession for 10 years and in those 10 years I haven’t had as many people die as in these 3 months. We’ve never had such a mortality rate and in the beginning it was terribly frustrating, but then I read the literature and realized it was such a disease,” said Anesthesiologist Dr. Andrej Sribar on N1 on Wednesday.
“The biggest misunderstanding is that these are people who have significant comorbidities, yes, there are such people, but we may have taken 3 years of someone’s life because of irresponsible behavior. Now there are younger people in intensive care and the consequences are yet to be seen,” he added.
Croatia Has Become the New Italy: President of Croatian Medical Chamber
President of the Croatian Medical Chamber Dr. Sc. Krešimir Luetić said on Studio 4 that the Varaždin hospital is in a difficult situation and that about 200 COVID-19 patients have been hospitalized there. He emphasized that patients are beginning to be hospitalized in temporary facilities (in tents).
He added that Varaždin, Međimurje and Krapina-Zagorje counties are among the most endangered counties, including their hospitals. He pointed out that the City of Zagreb is also in an increasingly difficult epidemiological position and is afraid that Croatia is moving in a negative direction regarding the epidemic.
Dr. Željko Blažinkov from the Croatian Association of Hospital Doctors said that the situation in hospitals was alarming and that the intensive care units were full and the number of respirators was limited. Croatia National Headquarters New Safety Measures
Croatia has officially closed night clubs, night bars, discos, casinos, slot machine clubs and fitness centers. Restaurants and cafes are also closed. However, restaurants may offer delivery and pick-up. Stores and businesses allowed to remain open must adhere to the capacities prescribed by Civil Protection Headquarters. All events and gatherings with more than 25 people are prohibited, funerals included.

Separate COVID-19 Clinic Open in Rijeka
A separate COVID-19 health clinic started operating in the macro center of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Health Center in Zamet (Bože Vidasa 16a). A separate outpatient clinic is intended for the examination of COVID-19 positive patients or patients with symptoms that may indicate a COVID-19 infection. General/family medicine teams will be receiving patients in the basement of the building (specially marked entrance on the north side of the building) on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays from 08:00 to 20:00 CET. Ministry of Interior Reminds Citizens and Residents to Visit Police Stations Only When Urgent
The Ministry of the Interior (MUP) reminded citizens and residents on November 10 to come to police administrations and stations only in case of an urgent need to urgently solve some of the administrative tasks in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection. They repeat that the validity of ID cards, passports and driver’s licenses and weapons certificates which expired after the proclamation of the COVID-19 epidemic on March 11 were extended for the entire duration of the epidemic, and at most 30 days after the proclamation of the end of the epidemic. The Ministry of the Interior also points out the possibility of submitting certain applications for administrative tasks via e-Services, which include submitting applications for passports, driver’s licenses, registration of residence, giving consent in certain administrative procedures, such as the landlord’s consent to registering residence.
