“I am glad that the Stop COVID-19 application has been accepted by our citizens as a tool in preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection. With this application, Croatia is part of a network of European countries where citizens use it voluntarily, and all of their data is protected. I believe that, by using this mobile application, citizens and residents will obtain timely and useful information on possible contacts with infected people and thus protect their health,” Beroš told RTL.
As a doctor, he recommends the application. “I believe that it is our duty to provide citizens with an option of anonymous and secure protection against possible infection, and it is up to each individual citizen to assess its benefits and decide whether to use it. Like my colleagues, I have downloaded the application, and as a doctor I recommend it,” Beroš emphasized.
