Croatia Civil Protection Daily Press Conference: 14:00 CET
14:00 – In the past 24 hours, 71 new cases were recorded, so the number of active cases in Croatia today is 753. One person died.
12:54 – In Zagreb County, there are five new COVID-19 infections, while two patients have recovered. There are currently 48 active cases in the Zagreb County. So far, a total of 185 people have recovered and 11 have died.
12:48 – There are no new cases in Karlovac County. Yesterday, 93 people were tested, and all were negative. There are currently 72 people in self-isolation.
12:27 – There are no new infections in the Sisak-Moslavina County today.
12:14 – Krapina-Zagorje County reported two newly infected people in the last 24 hours, from Zagorske Selo and Radoboj. Two people have recovered, from Zagorske Selo and Krapinske Toplice. They currently have 14 active cases, and 28 are in self-isolation.
11:51 – From Split-Dalmatia County there are 26 new infections: 6 from Split, 20 from Sinj, 2 from Imotski, 2 from Omis, 1 from Solin, 1 from Trilj, 2 from from Otok and 2 from Muć 2.
In addition to the 26 new patients, one person from the Dubrovnik-Neretva County was also positive.
Out of 26 newly infected persons, 19 of them are contacts of previously infected persons, while the other 7 persons are being treated epidemiologically. Fourteen positive people are in the hospital at the Clinical Hospital Center Split. Two are on respirators.
11:43 – The Deputy Head of the Health Office indicated that 16 new cases of COVID-19 infections had been confirmed in the City of Zagreb.
11:30 – In the last 24 hours, Varaždin County registered a new case of COVID-19, which was imported from Austria. The young male has mild symptoms and is being treated at home.
11:25 – During the past 24 hours, the Clinical Hospital Center Osijek and the Institute of Public Health of Osijek-Baranja County have performed 218 tests, four of which were positive. Three are from the Osijek office, and one is from the Beli Manastir office.
During the past 24 hours, one person (born in 1941) from the Osijek-Baranja County has died.
10:48 – In Šibenik-Knin County there are no new COVID-19 cases.
10:40 – During the past 24 hours, 290 tests were performed at the Institute of Public Health of the Istrian County, of which 7 were positive. Three cases are imported. All tests taken yesterday at the Alfredo Štiglić Pula Home for the Elderly have come back negative.
10:32 – After five days without new COVID-19 cases, Brod-Posavina County has confirmed three new cases in the last 24 hours. The total number of infections in Brod-Posavina County since the beginning of the epidemic is now at 157, while the number of active cases is 17. Two people were hospitalized.
10:14 – In Vukovar-Srijem County, there have been 8 new cases in the last 24 hours (2 from Vinkovci, 2 from Cerna, 1 from Novi Jankovci, 1 from Antin, 1 from Komletinci and 1 from Cerna/foreign citizen) .
9:46 – In the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, there is one new COVID-19 infection and 5 have recovered according to the Teaching Institute for Public Health PGC. There are currently 20 active cases and 130 patients recovered. A total of 152 COVID-19 cases have been recorded.
9:30 – For the twenty-first day in a row, there are no new cases of COVID-19 from Lika-Senj County. Three people were tested.
8:30 – There are no new infections in Virovitica-Podravina County. The number of active COVID-19 cases is still 15, and 23 people are in self-isolation, the Civil Protection Headquarters of Virovitica-Podravina County reported.
In the last 24 hours, 39 people were tested all of whom were negative.samples were taken from 39 people. There have been 2099 people tested since the beginning of the epidemic.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, 28 people have been infected with COVID-19 in Virovitica-Podravina County. Of those, fifteen are currently active, twelve have recovered, and one man has died.
